1. In-Store Inspection & Walk-In Purchasing

All phones listed on this website are sold through our physical walk-in shop located in Rashidiya 2, Ajman, UAE. Customers are welcomed and strongly encouraged to physically inspect, test the touch screen, cameras, speakers, and battery health of any used iPhone before completing payment.

2. Pricing & Stock Availability

All prices listed on this website are in UAE Dirhams (AED). While we update our inventory daily, devices are sold on a first-come, first-served basis in our shop. Sold units are promptly removed or marked with a "SOLD" badge.

3. Checking Period & Return Terms

We want every customer to buy with confidence:

• Checking Period: We offer an in-store checking period for tested phones. If any undisclosed technical defect is found, bring the phone back to our shop for resolution.
• Condition for Return: Devices must be returned in the same physical condition as purchased, with the matching IMEI number.
• Resolution: Device replacement, exchange, or store credit in accordance with store policy.

4. Selling Your iPhone (Trade-In / Buyback)

When selling your used iPhone to Taher Mobile Phones:

• Emirates ID Requirement: In strict compliance with UAE local regulations, sellers must present a valid original Emirates ID.
• Physical Inspection: Online preliminary price indications are estimates. The final purchase price is agreed upon only after an in-store hardware, screen, and battery diagnostic check.
• Account De-linking: The seller must completely sign out of iCloud / Apple ID and factory reset the device in store prior to sale.
• Payout: Immediate payout upon completing verification in our shop.
